By accessing our website, communicating with our acquisitions team via telephone, SMS text messaging, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Business & Services
Legacy Capital is a private real estate investment firm and builder advisory group, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We purchase properties directly and partner directly with an exclusive network of luxury builders and developers to structure private, off-market real estate transactions without listing properties on public MLS databases.
Legacy Capital provides direct communications regarding private property acquisitions, valuation consultations, offer updates, and closing coordination via SMS text messaging. Users who reach out to our firm or opt in to receive text messages can expect to receive updates specifically related to their property inquiries, appointment confirmations, and transaction documentation.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (224) 470-9980. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
